This clause applies to your use of LUCKY WALLET services and defines what kind of company LUCKY WALLET is, how LUCKY WALLET provides services to you, how this clause is changed or terminated, how problems are resolved, and other important information. 16. Account Security

16.1. Your Responsibility

19. Close Your LUCKY WALLET Account

Convert the digital asset into other digital assets. LUCKY WALLET You shall not be liable for any loss of profit, tax liability or any other loss, damage or expense incurred as a result of such changes;
Transfer any digital assets held in such dormant account and / or account to any third party (including, without limitation, any other LUCKY WALLET alliance partner, any third party custodian or independent wallet) as LUCKY WALLET deems reasonably necessary. Close the dormant account at any time.

The dormant account cannot be reactivated after closing. If you want to continue using the LUCKY WALLET service, you must register for a new LUCKY WALLET account under this clause. You acknowledge that LUCKY WALLET is not obliged to pay to your dormant account any remuneration, award or interest related to the account credit assets that you had originally agreed to pay under the applicable Product Terms.

20. Termination, Suspension, Shelving, and Restriction

20.1. LUCKY WALLET of the Rights

LUCKY WALLET Any part or function of the LUCKY WALLET Services may be modified or stopped temporarily or permanently at any time. - Multiple natural persons access and / or trade using the same LUCKY WALLET account, or LUCKY WALLET suspects that the LUCKY WALLET account has been or will be used for any illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose;
- The information you provide is incorrect, untrue, outdated or incomplete;
LUCKY WALLET has reasonable concerns about your credibility or financial position;
Information and documents not required as per Article 8;
Has not submitted enhanced due diligence as required under Section 7.4;
LUCKY WALLET reasonably believes that any court or authority in any jurisdiction where the applicable law or LUCKY WALLET is requires us to do so;
LUCKY WALLET is identified or suspected:
- You have violated this clause or any Product Terms;
- You violate any warranty, or any statement made by you;
- Any transaction that is unauthorized, wrong, fraudulent, or illegal, or that LUCKY WALLET has identified or suspected that you are using the LUCKY WALLET account or LUCKY WALLET Services in a fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal manner;
- Your LUCKY WALLET account, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or your use of any other criminal act of the LUCKY WALLET service;
We have other reasonable reasons to do so. LUCKY WALLET Reasonable measures will be taken to provide you with appropriate notice. But sometimes by applicable law, we cannot provide proper notice.

20.2. Your Admission Statement

You acknowledge and agree that:

36.2. Notification

You should be responsible for following the official website, reading it, and considering the announcement.

36.4. Full Agreement

This terms and any applicable Product terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LUCKY WALLET regarding LUCKY WALLET Services. Each party acknowledges that it does not rely on any representation, representation, warranty or warranty (negligent or not) other than that specified in this provision or any product provision, and has no right or remedy thereto.

36.5. Make Concessions to the Company

You may not assign or assign any of your rights or obligations under this clause without the prior written consent of LUCKY WALLET. This clause and all its terms and subclauses are fully intended to realize the interests of the parties hereto this clause and their heirs and permitted assigns.

36.10. Existence

All clauses and subclauses continuing in force after expiration or termination of this clause will remain binding and effective upon termination or expiration of this clause.

36.11. Relationship Between the Two Parties

LUCKY WALLET Is not your agent for executing this clause. These clause shall not be construed as facts or evidence of joint, joint venture, partnership or franchise between the parties.

36.12. Digital Assets

LUCKY WALLET Record the number and type of any digital asset under your name in your LUCKY WALLET account. LUCKY WALLET It is not a custodian of any digital assets under your name, and it has no custodian liability for any digital assets under your name. When you instruct LUCKY WALLET to transfer or otherwise process digital assets, LUCKY WALLET does not execute your instructions with any particular digital asset (no matter how recognizable it is). Under this clause, LUCKY WALLET performs your instructions with the same amount of similar digital assets as the digital assets charged to your LUCKY WALLET account.

36.13. Force Majeure

For any delay or failure due to a force majeure event, LUCKY WALLET shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform under this Clause.

36.14. No Waiver

LUCKY WALLET Any delay or failure to exercise any rights or remedies under this clause shall not be deemed a waiver of the future exercise of such rights or remedies or of any other rights or remedies under this clause. The rights and remedies provided in this clause are cumulative and do not preclude any rights or remedies under applicable law.

36.15. Offset

In addition to any legal or other remedy under this clause or law, LUCKY WALLET may offset any amount you owe to LUCKY WALLET under this clause or otherwise. You must pay all payments owed to LUCKY WALLET without any form of offset, counterclaim, deduction or withholding, except for any offset, counterclaim, deduction or withholding as required by applicable law.

36.18. LUCKY WALLET Death of the Account Holder

If you die or become incapacitated, your estate representative or survivor (one or more) must notify LUCKY WALLET in writing as soon as possible. If we have reason to believe that you are dead, we may suspend your LUCKY WALLET account. Your LUCKY WALLET account will be suspended until:

Your estate representative or authorized beneficiary, (1) create a LUCKY WALLET account under this clause; or (2) provide telegraphic transfer instructions;
Provide sufficient legal documentation proving that they are entitled to receive the assets in your LUCKY WALLET account;
You will provide sufficient evidence to prove that you are not dead.

The beneficiary receiving the wire transfer will receive the liquidation value of the assets of your LUCKY WALLET account, minus any fees and costs associated with the transfer. LUCKY WALLET The ability to provide the assets in your LUCKY WALLET account to your representative is dependent on the provisions of the applicable law and the restrictions specified in this clause. For asset transfers in your LUCKY WALLET account, LUCKY WALLET does not commit to any specific schedule.

36.19. Tax Revenue

You will determine the taxes (if any) applicable to the money you pay or receive, and you will pay, report and pay the correct tax to the relevant tax authority. You agree that LUCKY WALLET is not responsible for determining whether any tax is applicable to your use of the LUCKY WALLET Services and is not responsible for paying, reporting or paying any transaction or any taxes arising from the use of the LUCKY WALLET Services.

You are aware that LUCKY WALLET may submit certain reports to tax authorities on transactions conducted through the platform, and LUCKY WALLET may provide you with additional documents or records that you need to calculate any tax dollars at your own judgment or under the requirements of applicable law. LUCKY WALLET We may also withhold from the source and deduct any tax payable under the applicable law at our discretion.

37. Definitions and Definitions

Under this clause:

The title and number of this clause are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning, priority or interpretation of any of its clauses or subclauses;
The expressions "including" or "including" include but are not limited to;
A promise to do something or not to do something shall be deemed to include a promise not allowed or not accepted to do so;
Where words for singular include plural, and vice versa, words for gender include any sex;
The reference to any document means a reference to the documents amended, changed or updated from time to time and is not a violation of this clause or such document;
If there is any inconsistency in the provisions of this clause (including any documents referred to), the provisions and documents shall apply in the following order of priority:
- Product Terms;
- The Privacy Notice;
- This clause.

Unless otherwise required by the context, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Access ID: Means the details of your LUCKY WALLET account, user name, password, personal identification number, API key, API encryption key or any other form of code or authentication in which you access the LUCKY WALLET account or LUCKY WALLET service or send instructions.
Account History: Refers to the written record of your transactions and your LUCKY WALLET account (including electronic records).
API: Refers to the application program interface.
Applicable Law: Applies to the provision, receipt, or use of LUCKY WALLET services, Or all relevant or applicable regulations, laws (including common law rules), fairness principles, rules, regulations, regulatory principles, and requirements, notices, orders, wits, injunctions, judgments, rules, rulings, orders, announcements, notices, guidelines, mandatory instructions, or interpretations of (whether by a governmental agency, regulators or other agency, Or the LUCKY WALLET as a self-regulatory organization for its members).
Digital Assets: Are a digital representation of the value or rights that can be electronically transferred and stored using distributed ledger technology or similar technology, including, but not limited to, tokized derivatives of cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, non-homogenized tokens, and any other digital assets.
LUCKY WALLET: We or ours refer to LUCKY WALLET AI FUTURETECH SDN. BHD. (a Hong Kong asset management photo legal compliance financial custody platform).
LUCKY WALLET Account: Refers to any account (including the LUCKY WALLET Enterprise account) or subaccount (including any LUCKY WALLET subaccount) that records your use of LUCKY WALLET services.
LUCKY WALLET Service: Refers to the service that LUCKY WALLET provides to you through the platform.
Platform: Means the digital platform in which LUCKY WALLET or LUCKY WALLET Alliance partner may provide you with LUCKY WALLET services through the official website, mobile App, LUCKY WALLETAPI, or other means specified by LUCKY WALLET Alliance Partner from time to time.
Website: Means LUCKY WALLET's official website and any other website, page, function or content owned or operated by LUCKY WALLET.
